About the Director
Michael graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Economic & Social Sciences and worked for several years in Human Resources, most recently at Westpac – Australia’s largest bank. Prior to this, Michael was actively involved in the Jewish community as an informal educator. Michael was a leader in Hineni (a Zionist youth movement in Australia), led a 6-week birthright tour, and has participated in interfaith dialogue. Michael spent a year in Israel in 2002, where he graduated from Machon L’Madrechei Chutz La’Aretz and studied at Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies.
