Melton Launches Biblical InSites Seminar

The October/November Israel Seminars got of to an exciting start with 40 participants attending the opening dinner at the Mt. Scopus Campus of the HU of Jerusalem (pictured above).  This fall also marks the launch of the new Biblical In-Sites Seminar, the third in a series of Melton trips. 

Students arrived from two continents and three countries and 23 hometowns: Baltimore, MD; Boca Raton, FL; Calgary, Canada; Chicago, IL; Covington, LA; Fairway, KS; Farmington Hills, MI; Honolulu; HI; Independence, MO; Indianapolis, IN; Los Gatos, CA; Melbourne, Australia; Naples, FL; Pittsford, NY; Richmond, VA; Rochester, NY; Rockville, MD; Roseville, Australia; Stamford, CT; Sydney, Australia; Teaneck, NJ; Vancouver, Canada; and Vaucluse; Australi.

Some were on their third Melton Seminar; all came to experience Israel in true Melton-style — studying texts together on-site with our outstanding tour educators, Haim Aronovitz and Jonty Blackman, and members of the FMAMS staff in Jerusalem, Dr. Yonatan Mirivs and Rabbi Morey Schwartz.
 
The Israel Seminars are a unique opportunity to travel Israel and study Jewish text in context and on-site.
