About
the Director
Originally from Tel Aviv (Israel), Moshe Kempner has been living in Winnipeg since 2005. Moshe holds a Bachelor Degree in political science, master degree in labor studies (Tel Aviv University) and has a management certificate and human resources management diploma from the University of Winnipeg. He became Director of FMAMS in March 2008 when he accepted a position as Jewish Life and Learning Program Coordinator with the Rose and Max Rady Jewish Community Centre.
