About
the Director
Elaine Hirsch has served as the BJE's Community and Library and Resource Center Director since 1988. She is responsible for directing the Mini-School since 1997. Elaine is also the local admissions director of the Alexander Muss High School in Israel. Since 1993 she has been the project manager for an annual Statewide Educators' Conference on the Holocaust for public and private high school teachers. Elaine holds a Masters Degree in Jewish Communal Service from Brandeis University.
